Schedules
The main working screen. A calendar in four views — year, month, week, day — and slots are created right inside it.
Calendars
Working hours, slot length and booking lead time. A company can have several, each with its own colour and order.
Reservations
A list of booked slots with their state: awaiting confirmation, confirmed, cancelled.
Jobs
A job sheet and the individual work done on it. Unfinished work can be carried over to the next sheet.
The difference
What matters in this module
- A calendar belongs to a person, not to the companyWorking hours, slot length and booking lead time are properties of the calendar. Two people or two workshops under one company mean two independent schedules.
- The client picks a range, not a cell in a gridSlot length is only the step of the offer. If a different range fits into the free time, the server accepts it.
- A reservation is confirmed by a personAn incoming reservation waits until someone from the company confirms it. The client gets an e-mail at every step, with a link that cancels the slot without signing in.
