What it is made of

What it is made of

The parts of the module as you find them in the administration.

Invoices and credit notes

Issued documents with everything required, corrections included.

My companies

Who you invoice as. Several companies side by side, each with its own numbering.

Address book

Who you invoice. A customer card is copied into the document, not attached to it.

Types and numbering series

Document kinds and their numbering — by year, by company, however you need.

Templates and scheduler

Recurring invoicing: the invoice issues itself on a schedule.

PDF layouts

What the document looks like. Custom header, footer and layout.

The difference

What matters in this module

  • An issued invoice is independentIt copies the addresses, bank details and number format into itself. When a customer moves, old documents still show the state on the day of issue — the law requires it.
  • A document arrives from three directionsBy hand, automatically from an order, or from a received payment. Recurring invoicing runs on a schedule without you.
  • The numbering series never breaksA number is assigned at issue and never skipped. A draft you throw away leaves no gap in the sequence.
