What the service covers
I have been looking after websites and servers since 2009. I will take care of your site for the long run, no matter who originally built it.
I handle updates, backups and monitoring on an ongoing basis. When you need something changed, you contact me, and small changes are included in the retainer.
The retainer is not a rental, and the licence does not depend on it. You pay for maintenance, backups, monitoring and having someone to contact when you need something. You can cancel the retainer at any time and the site keeps running.
Retainers by how you use your site
- Basic — CZK 1,500 per month. For a presentation site that changes a few times a year. Daily off-site backups with a copy to download, security updates, uptime and certificate monitoring, 1 hour of small changes per month.
- Standard — CZK 3,500 per month. For a site that is worked on regularly. Everything in Basic, 3 hours of changes per month, I start working on it within 4 hours on business days, a monthly report; unused hours roll over to the next month.
- Extended — CZK 7,500 per month. For an e-shop or portal where downtime costs money. Everything in Standard, 8 hours of changes per month, priority response and phone outside business hours too, a quarterly performance and security audit, a yearly test restore of the backup.
All retainers have no lock-in; cancel at the end of any month.
Taking over a site from another supplier
If the original supplier has quit or stopped communicating, I find out what state the site is in. I check the access, the source code, the biggest risks and the scope of the repairs needed. The audit does not commit you to further work. Price CZK 15,000, within 10 business days.
Other fixed-price audits: performance audit CZK 8,000, security audit CZK 12,000, technical SEO analysis CZK 8,000. If you order an audit and then give me the follow-up repair, I deduct the price of the audit from the first invoice.

- I propose a plan — We agree on the scope, price and deadline.
- I get to work — You always know how the project is going.
- I take care of running it — If you wish, I look after care and further development.
