What the service covers
CoolCMS can run on my server or yours. My server is configured specifically for CoolCMS: PHP 8.4, Redis, Elasticsearch, cron and the e-mail queue. I deploy system updates myself. If you want to stay with your own provider, you can; then you only pay for website care.
Hosting on my server
- Presentation — CZK 400 per month. A site without a shop that needs no more than shared hosting. Certificate and domain (domain at cost price), daily backup 7 days back.
- Portal — CZK 900 per month. A dedicated setup for a site with sign-ups and payments. A dedicated PHP-FPM pool and Redis, off-site backups 30 days back, e-mail queue and cron, uptime monitoring.
- E-shop — CZK 1,800 per month. For a catalogue where search and downtime cost money. Everything in Portal, Elasticsearch for search, priority restore in an outage, a yearly backup-restore check.
All variants have no lock-in; cancel at the end of any month.
A dedicated virtual server just for your site: management CZK 2,500 per month + the server’s own cost at the provider. The server is yours — both you and I have access.
Also available on their own
- Linux server care — CZK 2,500 per month. Configuration, security updates, firewall, monitoring, backups. Your server or mine.
- Backups you keep a copy of — CZK 900 per month. Daily off-site backups and a copy you can download — you are not dependent on my server or on me. Once a year I rebuild the site from them in a scratch environment, confirm the files and database match and nothing is missing, and tell you how long the restore took.

- You describe the brief — We talk through your project or problem.
- I propose a plan — We agree on the scope, price and deadline.
- I get to work — You always know how the project is going.
- I take care of running it — If you wish, I look after care and further development.
The prices are final for customers in the Czech Republic. I am not a VAT payer, so no VAT is added.
